In singing and reciting this Psalm the Israelites could remind themselves of God's faithful love to them. Recounting all that God had done in the past, how He had acted with a strong hand and a powerful arm to deliver them from slavary and the oppression of the Egyptions, they were reminded that His faithful love endures forever.
God remembered the promises He had made and their utter weakness; and He rescued them. God is the same yesterday, today and forever. If you are a child of God you too can recount His saving you in your utter weakness. You can join with the psalmist and sing " His Faithful love endures forever."
